London, wonderful day

The Shard, looking translucent.

Today Bernadette and I went to London, after getting to London Bridge we wondered to the R.K.Burt Gallery, we sat and looked after the galley so that Pamela Lloyds-Jones and Jean Canter could go and have a cup of coffee, what a nice exhibition !

We then went to the Tate Britain and had some lunch. Lovely !

We wondered to the Bankside Gallery where Brenda Hartill has her one woman show, it will be on until Sunday I think, so go and have a look. Her Mono prints, calligraphy, etchings and watercolours are stunning

This is the print I bought at the Brenda's Open Studio last month its tiny and gorgeous.

and this is one of my own collagraphs, also with gold it seems to be a nice thing to use but very fiddly.

We then walked to Waterloo, looking at the Thames on the way and the lovely shops at Gabriels Warf, we loved a shop of beautiful felted coats in beautiful colours.
It was a super day.

 Thanks Bernadette
